New Earth offers a generous 90-day return policy on its nutritional products.
To receive a refund, unused products, empty bottles or packaging must be returned to New Earth.
Any product received by New Earth after the 90-day return period will not be refunded or returned to sender.
New Earth has up to 30 days to issue a refund.
For same month refunds, the entire order must be returned. We do not issue same month refunds the last 4 business days of the month.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Support material is not refundable or exchangeable. Any such items received by New Earth will not be returned to sender.
Refunds are issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order.
When a package is returned to the company due to refusal of delivery by the recipient we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from the refund due.
Unauthorized refusal of a package may result in the termination of the account.
